PagesJaunes confirms its objectives
PagesJaunes, whose sales slipped 2.6% in the third quarter, maintaining its financial targets for the full year 2010.
The publisher of print and online, the site owner geolocation Mappy, said Friday in a statement it planned still a drop in sales in the lower range between -1% and -3% this year. It also anticipates a gross operating margin (GOM) of between 510 and 530 million euros.
In the third quarter, its sales stood at 297.5 million euros, down 2.6% over the same period last year. In the first nine months of the year he came to 839.8 million euros, down 3.1%.
The growth of sales on the Internet has accelerated in the third quarter to 9.3%, a level that the group had not reached the last 18 months, says PagesJaunes.
The group has set a target to increase by 50% by 2012 its activity on the Internet, which would then represent two thirds of its activity.
By contrast, sales of printed directories has suffered a contraction of 9.6% over the period.
PagesJaunes reaffirms its commitment to maintaining a high dividend.
